Skills Required: • Shopify Expertise: ◦ Managing and optimizing the store for SEO, usability, and sales conversions. ◦ Organizing categories, updating product listings, and implementing pricing strategies. • Social Media Proficiency: ◦ Expert in managing Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. ◦ Creating and scheduling content aligned with brand style. ◦ Collaborating with influencers and shops to grow reach and engagement. • Content Creation: ◦ Editing photos and videos for social media and website use. ◦ Writing compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and email content. • Marketing & Advertising: ◦ Knowledge of SEO strategies and implementation. ◦ Experience with digital advertising, including paid campaigns on social media. ◦ Planning and executing email marketing campaigns (automation, segmentation, newsletters). • Research & Strategy: ◦ Identifying local cafes, markets, and shops to stock products. ◦ Sourcing suppliers for materials and packaging. ◦ Proactively suggesting creative ideas for growth and expansion. • Detail-Oriented Execution: ◦ Ensuring all work (social posts, emails, website updates) is polished and error-free. ◦ Testing links, buttons, and workflows to ensure seamless functionality. • Tech-Savvy: ◦ Familiarity with tools for content scheduling, analytics, and automation.
