Delphi System Coordinator

What your day-to-day will be like: • Generate property-specific implementation plans and documents per defined processes. • Conduct property kick-off calls and business consultations for limited and focused hotels. • Provide guidance for configuration and training based on analysis of current system usage and BCS. • Assist the hotel to complete System Configuration workbooks and validate information. How you will collaborate with others: • Coordinate and communicate implementation dates with hotels and vendors. • Lead kick-off meetings and system overviews with relevant hotel contacts and vendors. What projects you will take ownership of: • Implementation of Delphi.fdc and related integrations (i.e. SRP Create, Sertifi, etc.)
