What you will do:
The Director, Customer Acquisition and Strategy will lead marketing for eXp’s Business and Agent Solutions group, driving profitable revenue growth through agent acquisition and adoption. Reporting to the EVP of Corporate Development, the Director will oversee marketing strategy, campaign execution, content, community engagement, and analytics. This is an individual contributor role with potential to build a team over time, while coordinating closely with the corporate marketing team. This role supports growth for SUCCESS Lending, Agent Healthcare, Making it Rain, Realty Connect, and other key business lines.
• Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans aimed at driving brand awareness, with a primary focus on eXp Agent acquisition and adoption, while also targeting other key audiences to support revenue growth across multiple business lines.
• Optimize Digital Channels: Leverage digital channels, including email marketing, social media, affiliate programs, and paid advertising, to drive eXp Agent adoption and engagement, while extending reach to potential agents and other target audiences.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, email, and influencer partnerships, primarily to boost eXp Agent adoption and engagement, while also supporting broader business growth initiatives. Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimization and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing Team: Coordinate with the corporate marketing team to inform, align and leverage shared service resources to drive growth across multiple business lines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives and ensure consistent brand messaging. Actively drive coordination between teams to implement shared objectives effectively.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for agent growth, market expansion, and product positioning.
• Analyze Performance: Track marketing performance using key metrics like ROI, customer acquisition cost, and agent engagement. Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage Budget: Develop, review, and manage the marketing department’s budget, ensuring a high ROI and efficient allocation of resources.
• Foster Community Engagement: Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, and newsletters to foster engagement and build brand loyalty. Develop both internal and external eXp Agent communities by creating initiatives that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support among agents, while also engaging prospective agents and related audiences. Lead initiatives that strengthen relationships and create a collaborative culture among agents.

• Master’s degree required or equivalent years of applicable experience
