We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven E-commerce & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand, engage customers, and drive sales growth. • *Key Responsibilities**: 1. **E-commerce Management**: - Oversee the day-to-day management of our website (BestChoice.ae), ensuring a seamless shopping experience, optimized product listings, and accurate inventory. - Manage and update our catalogs on Noon and Amazon, enhancing listings for maximum visibility and sales. 2. **Pricing & Sales Strategy**: - Develop competitive pricing and discount strategies to improve sales volume and profit margins. - Implement creative sales tactics, such as bundles, limited-time offers, and exclusive promotions to... boost conversions. 3. **Social Media Management & Content Creation**: - Lead our social media presence on Instagram and TikTok, crafting engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. - Grow our social media following and increase engagement through storytelling, influencer collaborations, and targeted campaigns. 4. **Advertising & Campaigns**: - Plan and execute advertising campaigns across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads, to drive traffic and sales. - Monitor key ad metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI. 5. **Customer Engagement & Retention**: - Drive customer loyalty through personalized engagement, efficient customer service, and by maintaining a strong brand identity. - Utilize analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, optimize user experience, and enhance the lifetime value of our customers. • *Qualifications**: - **E-commerce Expertise**: 2+ years in e-commerce or online retail, with a focus on fashion or a related industry. - **Social Media & Marketing Savvy**: Proven experience in managing and growing Instagram and TikTok channels. - **Catalog Management**: Experience with platforms like Noon and Amazon, ensuring product accuracy and visibility. - **Ad Campaign Management**: Proficiency in running and analyzing ad campaigns on various platforms with a track record of improving ROAS. - **Sales-Driven Mindset**: Strong focus on KPIs, sales metrics, and innovative ways to increase conversions. - **Pricing Strategy Knowledge**: Ability to create pricing models and promotions that balance profitability with customer appeal. - **Tech Skills**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketing tools like Google Analytics. • *What We Offer**: - **Base Salary**: 1800 AED per month. - **Performance-Based Bonus**: 20% of net revenue to reward outstanding results and sales growth. - **Career Growth**: Opportunities to develop within a rapidly growing company. - **Flexible Work Environment**: Remote work with occasional on-site meetings if based in Dubai. • *Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month Expected hours: 38 - 48 per week Application Question(s): - Describe a time when you successfully improved an e-commerce site’s sales.
