Position Title: Virtual Recruitment Assistant Location: Remote Type: Full-Time- 9am -5pm UK - flexible About the client: The client is a dynamic recruitment company specialising in life sciences. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Recruitment Assistant to support our team with recruitment and business development tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect/New Business Database Building: Research and compile detailed databases of prospective new clients. • Candidate Database Building: Create and maintain comprehensive databases of candidates for screening and matchmaking purposes. • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various platforms to match client requirements. • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and candidates. • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with prospects, clients, and candidates. • General Administration: Assist with administrative tasks, including email management, document preparation, and reporting. • Data Mapping: Analyse and map data to identify potential new clients and opportunities within the life sciences sector. Required Tools/Software Experience: • Bullhorn • Paiger • LinkedIn Recruiter • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in recruitment or business development. • Experience as a Life Sciences Recruiter is highly desirable. • Strong evidence of lead generation skills. • Familiarity with candidate sourcing and screening processes. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Proficient in using CRM tools and software mentioned above. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
