Our Project Coordinators are the foundation of our Portfolio team and play a key role in delivering Digital projects to our staff and citizens. We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated project coordinator who is seeking their next career step. You will join a team of Project Managers and Coordinators responsible for delivering a wide range of exciting projects.

As a Senior Project Coordinator you will have responsibility for:
• Delivering great support to your project teams, Project Manager and Digital Leaders.
• Facilitating project meetings and workshops, following up actions and providing minutes and other documentation.
• Assisting the Project Manager with project tracking, management, risks and financials.
• Championing and ensuring compliance with our Digital project processes and tools.
• Developing the Project Coordination practise with your fellow coordinators.
• Working alongside our Portfolio team to monitor and promote the Digital Portfolio.

• A team player that takes initiative and has great communication skills.
• You have a number of years' experience working in a project delivery team and will understand project methodology, budgets and schedules.
• Awesome computer skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.

• Hours of work - Permanent Fulltime Position
• Location - This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch
• Salary - The salary band for this position goes from $88,003 - $97,789 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
