Description: • Home-Based E-Commerce & AP Specialist supporting clients in the promotional industry. • Responsible for order management of all e-Commerce channels and accounts payable responsibilities. • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless workflows. • Use RingCentral Contact Center for vendor and internal communications. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Accounting or a related field. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a customer-facing role. • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Acumatica, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
