Position: Travel RN - Psychiatric Inpatient Services Overview... We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient adult psychiatric services team in Fort Wayne, IN. Key Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an inpatient psychiatric environment. • Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate in the development of individualized care plans. • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. • Maintain precise documentation and patient records in accordance with facility standards. Qualifications • Valid Indiana RN License. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred. • At least 2 years of travel nursing experience is advantageous. • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
