Key Responsibilities
· Driving LUXASIA’s strategic brands’ performance on online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tiktok Shop
· Lead a team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
· Oversee the performance of multiple categories and brands by ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
· Cope with P&L of business, budgeting, negotiating & implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
· Demand planning & forecasting using tools and data analytics
· Managing the relationship with the brand principals & building the business roadmap
· Analyzing data and trends to identify efficient ways to maximize revenue and margins
· Data reporting and presentation for key brand stakeholders
· Coordinate with operations, warehouse and visual merchandizing teams
· Developing processes and tools to improve scalability across the different markets
Education/Experience :
· Have a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
· Have at least three (3) years’ proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an E-Commerce provider
Skills Required:
· Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning/development skills
· Excellent presentation skills to engage and meet the needs of various audiences
· Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate
· Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities.
