We’re looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join our team. In this key role, you’ll align HR initiatives with business goals, foster a dynamic workplace culture, and drive team growth and satisfaction. As an HR People Partner, you’ll oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to exit interviews—while building a high-performing workforce that drives our company’s success.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a product or technology company, with a solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and creative mindset for approaching challenges with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members.
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Passion for improving team experiences and fostering a positive work culture.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level (Upper-Intermediate).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (psychological education is a huge plus).
Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to understand their needs, challenges, and motivations.
• Streamline offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather actionable insights and feedback.
• Develop and promote the company’s internal brand to create a positive team member experience.
• Coordinate, support, and implement learning programs and career development initiatives, such as workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs.
• Organize and facilitate performance appraisals for team members.
• Plan, organize, and execute online and offline events, including team-building activities, workshops, and corporate gatherings.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to enhance the team experience and optimize HR processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in making effective people management decisions.
