We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help elevate our digital presence and create an intuitive, user-friendly experience. About the Role The right person for this role is someone passionate about delivering outstanding user experiences, with an eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and a love for crafting seamless digital interactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven team and make a real impact. What You'll Do • Work primarily in Figma to design and refine UI/UX elements • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure brand consistency across digital assets • Gather and implement feedback to improve usability and enhance user experience • Support new digital initiatives and help shape the future of our online presence Who You Are • Passionate about design and user experience • Experienced in UI/UX design • Proficient in Figma and other design tools • Strong problem-solver with attention to detail • A great communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively • Excited to work with a company that values sustainability and ethical business practices Schedule Flexible, part-time remote work schedule (5-10 hours per week).
