Training Designer for Software Company
Fully REMOTE - Up to $90K DOE base salary, bonus and benefits
Position Overview
The Training Designer is responsible for developing engaging and effective training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role focuses on creating e-learning content and curricula that align with organizational goals and learner needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze training needs and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and develop e-learning modules and training materials.
• Create curricula that effectively deliver training objectives.
• Utilize software tools to create interactive and engaging training content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of corporate training, learning and development in a Software company.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning software and instructional design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
