Virtual Assistant Needed for Product Research, AliExpress Sourcing, and Shopify Listing Optimization

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with product research, sourcing products from AliExpress, and managing Shopify listing edits. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and familiar with e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth product research on AliExpress to identify trending and profitable items. - Source products that align with our business needs, focusing on quality and supplier reliability. - Add and optimize product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and appealing images. - Edit and refine existing product listings to improve SEO and sales performance. - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in product data and branding. - Maintain a log of researched products and their performance metrics. Requirements: - Proven experience in product research and sourcing on AliExpress. - Familiarity with Shopify and its product listing process. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Knowledge of e-commerce trends and SEO optimization for product listings is a plus. - Reliable internet connection and ability to work during agreed-upon hours. - DSERS is important to have knowledge about Preferred Skills: - Experience with dropshipping or similar e-commerce models. - Knowledge of tools like DSers, or other Shopify product management apps. - Basic photo editing skills to enhance product images. Work Hours: - Flexible, with regular updates and progress reports required. Estimated 30-40 hours per week, with potential for more hours as the business grows.
