Job Description
Summary of Role:
• This role will support our US payroll organization. Working as a team on key major projects & production support activities through participation in deployment from the initial concept phase through full roll-out to our customers. There will be an opportunity to shape & influence the development methods, working in collaboration with world class partners & customers.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting key production payroll systems
• US payroll ADP Enterprise HR Version 5 (EV5)
• Oracle SQL
• ADP SQR, eCode, Panels, Records
• Global Secure File Movement (MFT)
• Citrix Workspace
• Supporting application architecture, including components such as user interface (EV5), middleware & infrastructure (i.e., connectivity/automation to vendors)
• Participate in all phases of designing, upgrading (EV5 Version release updates), specification design, testing, implementing, maintaining, & supporting customizations of the ADP Enterprise HR on-line system & a variety of 3rd party vendor interfaces
• Participating in solution architecture design reviews while following uniform enterprise wide application design standards
• Support Business Unit customers during project deployments globally
• Write technical specifications
• Perform Data Analytics, & reporting
• Collaborate with vendors & business partners to address performance issues
• ADP Enterprise HR & associated toolset
