IE Tester

Role Title: IE Tester Location: Onsite Role Description: We are seeking a skilled IE Tester with expertise in Integrated Eligibility applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculations, as well as familiarity with Medical Assistance, Food Stamps, and Cash Assistance programs. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. • Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and stakeholders to validate new features and system enhancements. • Utilize automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG to streamline testing processes. • Independently develop comprehensive test suites and cases. • Ensure seamless execution of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC). • Analyze, streamline, and document test requirements, scenarios, test cases, and test data. • Perform various levels of testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Execute functional and non-functional testing while producing accurate test documentation (Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Reports, Test Metrics). • Manage bug reporting and tracking using tools like IBM Clear Quest. • Conduct database testing using SQL. Required Skills: • Expertise in developing and reviewing test scripts. • Extensive experience in functional testing and test automation. • Proficiency with automated testing tools and processes. • Strong knowledge of software test automation, test case design, and execution. • Solid understanding of bug reporting and resolution processes. • Familiarity with database testing using SQL.
