E-commerce Operations Coordinator

Description: • Location: Remote (South Africa-based) • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM SAST • Monthly Rate: R20,000 - R25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) • Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Coordinator to oversee key operational functions within their health and wellness businesses. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing treatment plans, stock procurement, and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients Shopify e-commerce platform. • This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in e-commerce management, operations coordination, and healthcare or similar retail experience. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or e-commerce (preferably within healthcare, retail, or related sectors). • Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms. • Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management. • Experience working in a healthcare environment or managing treatment plans is a plus. • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Shopify, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements. • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. • Good energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive approach to tasks. • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. • Ambitious and proactive, with a drive to exceed expectations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Reactive and adaptable, able to respond swiftly to changing priorities. • A passion for customer service and operational excellence. • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Certifications in supply chain management, e-commerce management, or operations would be an advantage.
