Job Posting Title: Associate Site Merchandiser Req ID: 10109617 Job Description: About The Role & Team To provide essential support to the Site Merchandising Manager and the e-commerce team. Own the set-up, coordination and testing of promotions for Disney Store as well as optimisation and analysis for site merchandising tasks. Work alongside the site experience team to explore different mechanics and new ideas for promotions and any levers of the site to maximise sales. Own and manage weekly analytics reports for site merchandising, identifying risks and opportunities and working with the site merchandising managers on new reports, actions related to site optimisation, and marketing channels. This role is a full-time role, based onsite in Hammersmith 4 days a week. What You Will You Do Produce analysis for, and actively participate in, weekly trading meeting to review trade and plan ahead. Make sure that key KPIs such as conversion are reviewed and commented on and actions defined. Ensure that trading is at the forefront when planning pages and optimising the websites, accounting for differences in markets Own the promotion process, end to end, with responsibility of site coordinator delivery and accuracy. Own the briefing and execution of all promotions. Work on new promotion mechanics that will enhance the guest experience Work with Site Merchandising Manager to review forward quarter launches, identifying incremental opportunities and set a product bundle strategy Be responsible for weekly website reviews and audit process to ensure a high level of accuracy, consistency and relevancy across all sites, with the support of the site coordinators Work with the Site Merchandising Manager to produce timely and accurate reporting from Content Square and Adobe that is actionable. Identify risks and opportunites which can lend itself it to improving trade and forward planning Provide departmental cover for the site coordinators as required Work with the Site Merchandising Manager and site experience team to suggest improvements to the overall guest experience by recognising and highlighting improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and experience Work alongside the trading team to review best practice, processes and ongoing trading tasks.
