eCommerce Ops Manager

Description: • Join Brutus & Barnaby as an eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee online growth. • Manage Amazon, Chewy, and Shopify operations while leading a tight-knit team. • Drive improvements based on KPIs and ensure logistics mastery. • Flexible hours with additional pay for emergencies on weekends. Requirements: • Full command of Seller Central and deep knowledge of Amazon operations and algorithm. • High-level expertise in PPC (you won’t manage it but need to understand it). • Proven experience managing logistics and supply chain. • Experience managing projects from concept to completion and leading teams effectively. • Exceptional attention to detail with great soft skills. • Hands-on attitude and willingness to take full responsibility for operations. • Experience managing a larger product catalogue (75+ SKUs). • Advanced Excel skills. • Accounting knowledge. • Experience with Chewy.com.
