Key Responsibilities: • Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with key e-commerce clients and dealers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Product Listings: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal through high-quality images and compelling descriptions. • Order Management: Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. • Dealer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Content Creation: Develop engaging product descriptions and marketing content that resonate with our target audience and enhance user experience. • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive e-commerce growth. • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and gathering feedback. • Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on account performance and share insights with stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience in account management or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online retail dynamics. • Proficient in data analysis tools and CRM software. • Strong writing skills for crafting product descriptions and marketing content. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for education technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
