Job Description Job Title: Sales Executive - Digital Commerce Solutions Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in selling e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various e-commerce platforms, including Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), Shopify Plus/Enterprise, and other relevant platforms. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, understanding their e-commerce needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the e-commerce industry, including online retailers, brands, and e-commerce agencies. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' e-commerce challenges and objectives. Offer customized solutions leveraging knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce and Shopify. Solution Presentation: Deliver persuasive and compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our e-commerce solutions. Articulate how our offerings can address clients' pain points and drive business growth. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within client organizations. Foster trust and credibility through effective communication and understanding of client needs. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of e-commerce solutions and exceptional client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the e-commerce space. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of updates and advancements in e-commerce platforms and technologies. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to remain a trusted advisor to clients. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling e-commerce solutions or related technology services. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, and other relevant platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Experience in consultative selling and solution-based approach to sales. Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels of the organization. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
