Meglio is an ambitious business who is challenging the old dogs in the health and wellness industry. We focus on B2B health consumables and we’re just moving from start up to growth mode. Our customers are Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Sports Therapists, Acupuncturists and Sports Clubs. We also have frameworks with the NHS and MoD. Our mission is to have Meglio Products in every hospital and clinic.
As an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, driving high quality and engaged traffic to our websites while growing our brand and maximising revenue, you will be instrumental in our growth plans for 2025 and beyond.
Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager (with a close working relationship with the Founder & Managing Director), you will own the website (Shopify) & digital marketing.
The role is 100% working from home – although we have a daily Team meeting, it’s important that you have the discipline to work effectively at home. A laptop will be provided.
We are a small, close-knit team and highly motivated to grow Meglio over the coming years, and this role will bring tangible value to the growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and update Meglio’s website (Shopify) ensuring content is up to date, SEO optimised and the site is configured to drive sales.
Proactively suggest and implement website improvements where required.
Utilise own knowledge in conjunction with HikeSEO and Semrush to ensure that SEO is best in our industry.
Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns which align with our business objectives.
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to engage audiences, promote products, and drive conversions. This includes designing creative campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance.
Develop and manage automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, and post-purchase follow-ups) to enhance customer journeys and retention.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activity and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with our Community of Practitioners to utilise their skills to write BLOGs / Thought Leadership etc
Requirements
E-commerce Platform Expertise: Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. We currently use Shopify. Including B2B Transactional sales online.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
Email Marketing Experience: Proficiency in managing email marketing campaigns and automated flows, ideally with Klaviyo or similar platforms. Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns and website content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Ability to analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and marketing dashboards.
Content Creation and Copywriting: Experience creating engaging content and copywriting.
Audience Segmentation: Expertise in segmenting audiences and tailoring campaigns to maximise engagement and ROI.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website customisation, as well as familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Market Research: Monitor competitors’ promotions, campaigns, and digital strategies to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
