Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Oregon/Boise Territory) We are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Science Specialist to join a growing team in the rare disease space, with a focus on liver health. This is a field-based role for candidates based in Oregon (OR), offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in an innovative therapeutic area. In this role, you will be part of a small, dynamic sales team helping to drive the growth of a rare disease franchise that has recently launched highly impactful treatments, addressing high unmet needs in rare diseases. You'll be responsible for developing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and building sustainable accounts, all while navigating complex healthcare systems and contributing to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets and exceed performance goals for assigned products, including sales and market share. • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive appropriate product use and increase sales volume. • Navigate and engage with multi-stakeholder organizations, including integrated networks, hospitals, and healthcare providers. • Engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionals based on approved resources and product labeling. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify and resolve customer needs promptly and effectively. • Analyze market/customer data to support strategic territory planning and execution. Ideal Candidate Requirements: • At least 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales. • Pharmaceutical sales experience in GI/hepatology is required. • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. • Strong patient-centric approach, with a demonstrated ability to build empathy and commitment to improving patient outcomes. • Ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians and healthcare providers. • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
