Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage and respond to customer concerns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. As a CSR, you will be the front line in providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image. • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various channels (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) in a timely and professional manner. • Address product-related questions, order status inquiries, returns, refunds, and other customer service-related concerns. • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and policies. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring solutions are offered and executed. • Monitor and track customer feedback, identify trends, and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on issues as needed. • Assist in improving customer service processes and provide suggestions to enhance overall customer experience.
