The Role
As a Salesforce Full-Stack Developer, you will play a critical role as a technical expert and solution provider for our enterprise clients, focusing on creating and enhancing Salesforce applications while leveraging deep domain expertise in Billing and Revenue Recognition. You will ensure seamless workflows for SaaS, XaaS, and IoT billing models and revenue compliance (ASC 606), providing an outstanding user journey and technical experience.

Domain Expertise
Billing
• Demonstrate expertise in SaaS, XaaS, and IoT billing models, with a strong understanding of Recurring, Usage, and Consumption-based billing.
• Possess knowledge of usage processing and its implications on billing accuracy and scalability.
Revenue Recognition
• Exhibit deep understanding of ASC 606 standards and the ability to design accounting and financial workflows that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Possess a working knowledge of accounting principles and their application to revenue recognition processes.
ERP Integration
• Experience with integration to financial systems such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), SAP, and NetSuite to ensure seamless workflows and accurate financial reporting.
What You Will Do
• Design & develop robust Salesforce Apex classes/API's, along with microservices integrating advanced features including AI, building FrontEnd Application components. Focus will be upon the delivery of premium quality applications with high customer utilization & satisfaction ratings.
• You will act as an individual contributor in areas including Frontend (Vue.js) & Backend (Apex) while working as part of the overall Development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand the broader business & technical requirements while communicating effectively with technical & non-technical stakeholders acting as a subject-matter expert.
• Effectively utilize data analytics to enhance application functionality, performance, and optimize user experiences in current & subsequent releases.
• Manage and optimize server interactions within Salesforce environments.
• Follow security protocols and architecture, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support development and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and continuous integration of new features and updates.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce.com, AI tools including GitHub Copilot, and best practices in e-commerce technology application development.
• 5+ years experience development on the Salesforce.com platform utilising synchronous & asynchronous apex.
• 3+ years experience building applications using any Javascript framework, such as Angular/React/Vue.js
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Billing and Revenue Recognition workflows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks Online.
• Demonstrated expertise in SaaS, XaaS, or IoT billing models, with a strong understanding of Recurring, Usage-based and One-time billing.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 standards and the ability to design workflows that meet regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development (LWC, Apex, Visualforce, Flow Builder) and modern development tools such as CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, including billing accuracy, scalability, and revenue compliance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Extensive experience managing large data sets within billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills combined with ability to document & collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively using professional-level English.
• Capabilities leveraging AI technologies to develop and deploy applications within Salesforce cloud environments.
• Demonstrable capabilities implementing and managing APIs and microservices.
• Experience with building Salesforce AppExchange products is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience building Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
• Experience with any billing or revenue recognition platforms like Salesforce Billing, Zuora, salesforce revenue cloud etc.
• Knowledge of AI tools and methodologies for process automation and workflow improvement.
