Our MetaLife brand is dedicated to high-quality whey protein and fitness supplements, designed for athletes, bodybuilders, and health-conscious individuals. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help expand our distribution channels and engage with micro-influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and expand sales & distribution channels (gyms, supplement stores, e-commerce platforms, wholesale partners). ✔ Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers, fitness coaches, and athletes to promote MetaLife products. ✔ Manage and optimize Amazon & Shopify sales, ensuring high conversion rates and ranking. ✔ Negotiate and secure partnerships with distributors, retail stores, and gyms. ✔ Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid advertising. ✔ Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. ✔ Analyze sales data and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize growth. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in sales & marketing within the supplement, fitness, or sports nutrition industry. ✅ Strong network with fitness professionals, gym owners, and influencers. ✅ Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and digital marketing tools. ✅ Ability to negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with distributors & retailers. ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ✅ Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
