What You’ll Do • Application Development: • Build scalable and high-performing applications using Flutter/Firebase, React Native/Firebase, or Laravel. • Feature Implementation: • Collaborate with the team to develop key features and improve existing functionality based on client needs. • Problem Solving: • Debug and resolve performance or functionality issues in existing applications. • API Integration: • Work on back-end and third-party API integrations for seamless operations. • Collaboration: • Work closely with designers, QA teams, and clients to deliver high-quality software. Eligibility Criteria • For Flutter/React Native: • Familiarity with UI frameworks, state management tools (e.g., Provider, Redux), and Firebase services like Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions. • For Laravel: • Understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, database management, and authentication mechanisms. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Effective communication skills. Internship Policies To ensure the success of the program for both candidates and the company, we’ve implemented the following policies: 1. Skill Assessment: • All applicants must complete a technical assignment to demonstrate their coding and problem-solving abilities. • The assignment will simulate a real-world problem related to their preferred technology stack. 2. Probation Period: • Successful interns will enter a six-month probation period, during which they will work on live projects for startups and clients. 4. Termination Clause: • If performance does not meet company standards, the internship or probation may be terminated without financial liability. 5.
