Online/E-Commerce Testing and Posting Technician

Come join our team!! KVS Computers is looking for an Online/E-Commerce Testing and Posting Technician. This candidate must be a reliable, motivated individual who is willing to learn, take initiative and has a “can-do” attitude to help our growing company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. We are looking to fill a full-time day shift: Monday-Friday. Hours are flexible within the normal hours of operation which are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Performing tests and evaluations of various electronic equipment and components • Recording results of tests and evaluations of equipment • Troubleshooting various electronic equipment • Photographing electronic equipment to be listed for online sales • Listing of products (with accuracy) to an e-commerce outlet • Managing inventory in an organized manner • Working in accordance and complying with a documented Integrated Management System • Aiding in shipping of packages when requested • Courteous customer service • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • High School education • Strong attention to detail • Strong verbal and written skills • Professional communication and excellent interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Working knowledge of functions of e-commerce • Openness to learn new technologies • Strong working knowledge of various Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as Internet use • PC (and some Mac) proficiency • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload • Ability to work well and interact with others in a team-oriented fashion • Effective time management skills • Willingness and ability to work independently • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
