Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bid Writer to join a dedicated team in the Autism, ADHD & Therapy Services department. As a Bid Writer, you will play a key role in crafting winning proposals for a range of clients, including local authorities, the NHS, central government, and framework applications. You will collaborate closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and engage with Subject Matter Experts to ensure our proposals reflect our commitment to providing exceptional services in autism, ADHD, and therapeutic support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing high-quality, compelling bid submissions tailored to meet the specific requirements of clients in the healthcare and public sector.
• Working alongside the Chief Commercial Officer to craft winning proposals for tenders, frameworks, and contract applications.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that all technical and service-related content is accurate and... aligned with our company’s values and service offerings.
• Responding to tender requirements and criteria with clear, persuasive, and structured content, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
• Researching and understanding client needs, industry trends, and sector-specific requirements to strengthen proposals.
• Supporting the creation and management of a proposal library, ensuring all content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Contributing to the development of a bid strategy, identifying key themes and value propositions that highlight the strengths and unique aspects of our service offerings.
• Assisting in the review and editing of bids to ensure consistency, clarity, and high-quality presentation. Requirements:
• Experience in bid writing, with a strong background in healthcare or public sector tenders.
• Familiarity with tender portals such as Pro Contract, In Tend, and Artemis.
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and respond to complex tender requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.
• This is a remote role with occasional meetings in Cardiff (depending on location).
