Position Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to be the friendly face of our brand for customers in Singapore and Malaysia! You'll chat with customers, solve their queries, manage orders and returns, and make shopping with us a breeze. Beyond customer support, you'll keep our online store in top shape—updating product listings, managing inventory, and rolling out exciting promotions. What You'll Do
• E-Commerce Marketplace Management: Handle product listings, visuals, descriptions, pricing, shop decoration, and database maintenance across assigned marketplaces.
• Inventory & Order Fulfillment: Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, process online orders, and coordinate fulfillment support.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Prepare for launches, activations, and live sales; update product details, adjust pricing, and ensure timely execution of promotional plans.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Utilize marketplace tools, track sales performance, and provide monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance through email, chat, or phone.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every issue is resolved to their satisfaction.
• Order and Return Management: Manage orders, returns, and exchanges with precision, delivering a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes for seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly yet professional tone.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential (verbal and written).
• A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms with a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
