Job Description: As a Beauty Sales Recruiter at Everra, you will be a key player in expanding our brand by building a network of beauty influencers, professionals, and retail partners. You’ll bring a passionate approach to sales and act as a brand ambassador to drive Everra's growth in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities include: • Be a Brand Advocate: Share the unique benefits of our products, educating influencers, customers, and professionals on Everra’s quality, innovation, and transformative impact. • Grow Our Beauty Network: Build and maintain lasting relationships with beauty influencers, skincare professionals, and potential retail partners to amplify our brand's reach. • Recruit and Motivate Talent: Identify and recruit beauty influencers and sales ambassadors who align with Everra’s mission and values, empowering them to effectively represent our brand. • Sales Engagement: Utilize your beauty knowledge and sales expertise to drive sales, hitting ambitious targets through multiple channels, including social platforms, beauty events, salons, and online spaces. • Trend Insights: Stay informed on beauty trends, emerging products, and customer preferences to bring valuable insights back to the team and inform our sales strategies. • Commission-Based Rewards: Enjoy the flexibility of a commission-based structure, giving you the freedom to control your income based on performance with unlimited potential.
