Operations Intern

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Operations Intern role at Dotts Media House. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations management tasks, supporting project management activities, and utilizing analytical skills to drive efficiencies. Job Responsibilities Process Support & Optimization: • Assist in analyzing and improving operational processes. • Help with documentation and process mapping. • Assist in identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows. • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data • Assist in maintaining databases or spreadsheets. Project Management Assistance: • Provide support for ongoing operational projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress • Assist in creating project plans and supporting deliverables. Administrative Support: • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, and operational documents. • Handle general administrative tasks Cross-Department Collaboration: • Work closely with various teams (finance, HR, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on operational goals. • Participate in team meetings to understand operation needs and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
