Cercli is seeking a creative Marketing and Content Lead to shape Cercli's brand narrative and drive the B2B content strategy for our customers across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). You'll craft compelling stories that resonate with HR leaders, finance heads, and business decision-makers across the region. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Cercli's content strategy focused on HR technology, payroll, workforce management and compliance. • Create thought leadership content, compelling case studies and success stories highlighting how businesses benefit from the Cercli platform. • Lead the development of sales enablement content, including whitepapers, product guides, and market insights. • Create region-specific content that addresses unique MENA business challenges and compliance requirements. • Manage our editorial calendar across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and other B2B channels. • Develop content for webinars, events, and industry conferences. • Collaborate cross-functionally to create clear, engaging product messaging and feature announcements • Build relationships with HR and finance publications across MENA. • Create bilingual (English/Arabic) content strategy and oversee content localization. • Lead content initiatives for product launches, partnerships, and company announcements. • Measure and report on content performance and engagement metrics. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a founder of their own company, or demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS. • Proven track record in creating compelling B2B content and thought leadership. • Preferred: Fluency in Arabic, and experience marketing to MENA businesses and understanding of regional business culture, would put you at the top of our candidate pool. • A storyteller and an innovative communicator who’s resourceful, scrappy, and eager to try new things. • Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how). • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution. • We are looking for someone with a creative hunger and excitement to ‘make B2B marketing sexy (again)’.
