We are just starting this new company we will want this person to wear a variety of hats Must include excellent social media skills along with website WordPress experience or woo commerce . Along with other tasks that may come up as the project takes off and or assist with the 3 company's already working that may need some assistance same line of work . Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Retention: • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including organic search, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing. • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns to retain and convert leads into loyal customers. • Analyze lead data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. SEO Optimization: • Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement. • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. • Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search visibility. • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Website Optimization: • Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for conversions. • Conduct A/B testing and implement changes to improve website performance and user experience. • Track and report on website metrics, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates. AI Integration: • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing strategies, personalize customer experiences, and optimize business processes. • Stay updated on the latest AI trends and tools to continuously improve our marketing efforts. E-Commerce Growth: • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue. • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends in the health and wellness industry. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that drive traffic and sales. Time Management and Task Breakdown: • Track daily tasks and time spent on various activities to ensure efficient use of resources. • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and set clear deadlines. • Prioritize tasks based on business goals and objectives. Qualifications: • Proven experience in lead generation, lead retention, and SEO optimization. • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques. • Experience with website optimization and A/B testing. • Proficiency in using AI tools and technologies for marketing and business growth. • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and wear many hats. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Passion for the health and wellness industry.
