Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role will engage daily with customers through 50-100 scripted outbound calls, using a standardized script to express gratitude for their ongoing support. This position requires a friendly, neutral, accent-free voice to ensure each interaction is clear, professional, and warm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 50-100 outbound calls per day to thank customers for their loyalty and support.
• Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and quality in every call.
• Build positive rapport with customers, delivering a warm and genuine experience that reflects our brand values.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills with a neutral, accent-free voice... for clear, professional conversations.
• Prior experience in customer service or phone-based roles is a must.
• Ability to adhere to scripts while maintaining a personable, authentic tone that resonates with customers.
• Must have access to their own equipment and a quiet, dedicated workspace conducive to focused, professional work.
• Experience in volume outbound calling is highly preferred.
