Senior Paralegal, e-Discovery Specialist

Description: • An experienced paralegal with mastery over the civil litigation process • Manage e-discovery in high-impact cases defending liberty • Work closely with attorneys to manage collection, review, and production of ESI • Help lawyers develop e-discovery plans • Coordinate document review and production processes • Handle formatting and filing briefs, cite-checking, and serving discovery requests when not occupied Requirements: • CEDS certification or 7+ years of relevant experience • Successful track record as a paralegal managing the e-discovery process • Experience with e-discovery platforms like Concordance or Logikcull • Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills • Great communication and project-management skills • Certification as an e-discovery specialist preferred Benefits: • Competitive salary • Medical and dental insurance • Employer-paid retirement savings • Generous paid leave and flextime policies
