Summary:
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' technical skills and knowledge. Assess training needs, design curricula, and deliver sessions to ensure proficiency in the latest systems and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead trainers to effectively implement change management for each project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop Enterprise-level Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs that support organizational technology initiatives and adapt to varying technology skill levels and acumen.
• Project Management: Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Assess Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Business Development, PMO, IT, HR, and other departments and practices to align training programs with business goals.
• Support Change Management: Assist in change management initiatives by providing training and support during implementing new systems and technologies.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support Technology Initiatives: Align training programs with organizational technology initiatives and ensure employees are proficient with new systems and tools. May include supporting pilot groups for new initiatives.
• Manage Training Resources: Oversee the allocation and management of training resources, including time, budgets, facilities, and equipment.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical training and development.
• Lead and Manage a Team:
• Oversee a team of L&D Systems & Technology trainers, ensuring effective design and delivery of technical training programs.
• Mentor and develop trainers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of various systems and technologies relevant to the organization. This includes staying updated on the latest tech trends and tools.
• Attention to Detail: Process driven approach.
• Training and Development: Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. This includes knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to engage and captivate an audience during training sessions, making the material accessible and engaging.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to simultaneously plan, execute, and oversee multiple training initiatives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads, trainers, and external vendors.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying training gaps and developing innovative solutions.
• Adaptability: The ability to adjust training programs and methods based on the organization's evolving needs and technological advancements.
• Systems Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, previous CRM use and training, video editing, LMS, AI
Education, Training and Experience:
• A degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager or Project Manager in a technology-related field, must have a background with technical training and development.
• Previous experience with CRM Training required; Salesforce, D365, Applied Epic is a plus.
• Previous experience collaborating between business processes and systems to support the organization's operational needs.
• Strong understanding of technology, systems, and current learning and development methodologies.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $110,000 to $115,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
