Role Overview: As a Business Developer / Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients for our e-commerce, web and mobile application development services. This role is crucial for our expansion, and we seek a self-driven individual with exceptional marketing and sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including networking, email, and social media. Present our services and value proposition to potential clients effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the development team to align client needs with our service offerings. Track and report on sales performance and marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary. Compensation: This position is entirely commission-based initially. Earn a commission of 20% on each project you secure, with earnings continuing for the lifetime of the project. An additional bonus of $250 will be awarded for every project that lasts at least four months. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the tech industry. Strong understanding of web and mobile application development services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. A robust network of potential clients is a plus. Why Join Us?
