• Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective and new clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to onboarding procedures, portal access, and documentation requirements.
• Gather necessary information from new clients for onboarding purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
• Generate and send portal login credentials to new clients, along with detailed instructions for completing required forms and documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and provide assistance or clarification as needed.
• Communicate effectively with case managers and other internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding activities and address client needs.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Use the templates provided to send email marketing materials to the case manager.
• Send out invoices or bills according to the services provided or acquired.
• Check and see if a specific customer meets the qualification based on the given criteria.
Hard Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in email communication and phone etiquette, with a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and requests.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and procedures is a plus.
• Experience on how to evaluate and qualify based on given criteria is a plus.
Schedule:
• Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM Eastern Time
