Fuel Technicain

Did you know over 150,000 people fill up with the wrong fuel each year ! We require a Fuel Technician to assist with our team of misfuel opertors across the North East / Cumbria and Yorkshire aswel as supporting our UK Network of Misfuel Opertors. When a customer fills up with the wrong fuel - assitance is required. You will attend the casualitly vehicle within 60/90mins at the location using one of our Company Misfuel Vehicles (supplied with tools - however many of our technicians like to use their own). You will assist the customer’s vehicle by removing the wrong fuel from the customers vehicle, cleaning the engine/filter etc and provide fresh fuel and additives. You will then get the vehicle started and let the customer continue with their journey. You will then continue to your next job or return to base (home) await further instructions. Customers are stressed when they have accidently filled up with the wrong fuel so great communication skills and customer support/services is crutial. ✔️ 24hr Roadside Assistance ✔️ Wrong Fuel ✔️ AdBlue in Fu el ✔️ Contaminted Fuel ✔️ Ran Out of F uel We have a dedicated 24/7 inhouse call handling service who dispatch jobs to yourself using APEX RMS. You maybe asked to take payments while on scene so card terminals are provi d ed. Wage is depending on experience/training etc. Location of technician is a key factor. Durham and surrounding ar e as. We have x2 postions available and these will be discussed should you be selected for interview. Be aware this is 24hr Rota including Days / Weekends / Evenings and Nig h ts.
