Salary : R25,000-R27,000pm + commission
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

We’re looking for a results-driven individual skilled in full-cycle recruitment and adept at business development within the financial services sector. If you have proven success in finance recruitment and can demonstrate your billing track record, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place top finance talent across various roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Business Development: Actively prospect and onboard new finance clients, identifying potential growth opportunities within the financial industry.
• Client Relationship... Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation standards, and competitor offerings in the finance sector.
• Billing & Performance: Demonstrate billing performance with clear, trackable revenue results in line with individual and team targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in finance recruitment, with a strong billing history in finance or related fields.
• Business Development Skills: Proven experience in developing new business and building strong, lasting client relationships.
• Billing Track Record: Ability to present a documented billing track record upon request.
• Hybrid Work Flexibility: Comfortable with a mix of in-office and remote work, with 2 days in Cape Town office weekly.
• Technology: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
