About the job: Key Responsibilities: a. Customer Assistance 1. Handling incoming calls from customers with inquiries, concerns, or service requests. 2. Providing detailed information about rental services, policies, and procedures. b. Reservation Management: 1. Assisting customers in making, modifying, or canceling reservations. 2. Ensuring accurate entry of reservation details into the system. c. Problem Resolution: 1. Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a courteous and effective manner. 2. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. d. Documentation: 1. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 2. Documenting and reporting recurring customer issues for continuous improvement. e. Product Knowledge: 1. Staying informed about the company's latest offerings, promotions, and policies. 2. Continuously update knowledge of vehicle specifications and features. f. Team Collaboration: 1. Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals. 2. Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
