E-learning Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement engaging online learning programs that enhance the educational experience for our learners. Your expertise in instructional design and technology will be critical in creating interactive content that meets learning objectives and improves knowledge retention. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and develop course content. • Design and create e-learning modules using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and course effectiveness. • Integrate multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance course interactivity. • Ensure all content is accessible and compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., ADA, Section 508). • Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules to ensure functionality across various platforms and devices. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-learning development and instructional design. • Provide support and training to instructors and learners on using the e-learning platform. • Analyze feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve course offerings. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in e-learning development and instructional design. • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom development. • Knowledge of data analytics tools to assess learning outcomes. • Experience in a corporate or academic e-learning environment.
