Hi all, Job Title: Planview PPM Pro Consultant We are on the lookout for a Planview PPM Pro Consultant who is also well-versed in AgilePlace and ProjectPlace, both part of the Planview technology suite. Key Responsibilities: Project Activities: • Address and resolve end-user requests, including system access, enhancements, incidents, workflows, reports, research inquiries, and job scheduling. • Perform data analysis and generate queries to support IT and other business initiatives. • Conduct regular system maintenance, ensuring timely upgrades, communications, and process updates. • Perform comprehensive analysis of existing setups in modules such as PPM Pro, AgilePlace, and ProjectPlace for resource management, timesheet management, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Team Collaboration: • Continuously seek opportunities to improve and elevate business functions through the technology platform. • Communicate system changes, maintenance windows, and outages to affected end users. • Develop and administer enterprise-wide onboarding and recurring refresher training. Document training needs and create training materials. Risk and Issue Management: • Escalate performance and functional issues to Planview vendor product support and drive them to resolution. • Report and track SLA for assigned tickets and enhancement requests. Documentation and Reporting: • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for Planview PPM, AgilePlace, and ProjectPlace to meet departmental requirements and adhere to policies and standards. Support Budget and Financial Tracking: • Ensure that Planview platform enhancements and performance improvements are delivered within scope and budget. Quality Assurance: • Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed quality standards. • Assist in post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects. Requirements: • Planview Certified PPM Project. • Knowledge of Planview AgilePlace and ProjectPlace. • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Management or a client experience executive role, preferably in a local or international IT Outsourcing service provider environment. • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Planview Platform. Skills: • Exceptional skills in administering Planview in a complex environment, understanding PMO needs, process changes, user requests, and enhancements. • Strong communication skills to effectively train user communities, ensuring efficient and effective system usage. • Proficiency with MS Office. • Capability to enhance the usage of Planview, from request intake to planning and delivery capability.
