Customer Sales Advisor (Retentions)
Experience Requirement: 12 months consecutive targeted telesales experience (in one role) within the last 3 years.

Salary: £23,000 base + average OTE £7,800

We are recruiting for a leading insurance brand company, working around the world to protect nearly 9 million customers in the UK from appliance breakdowns. We are seeking dedicated Customer Sales Advisors to join our Retentions team, with options for fully remote or hybrid roles, providing excellent work-life balance.
The Role:
As a Customer Sales Advisor in Retentions, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers looking to renew or cancel their protection plans. Your responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with Customers: Use your sales and service... expertise to offer value-added products. Retaining customers and upselling to them.
• Explaining Product Features: Clearly convey product benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Building Customer Relationships: Develop rapport and understand customer needs, encouraging continued protection with us.
Key Perks:
• Remote or Hybrid: Work fully from home with all equipment provided, or join us at our new Nottingham Office, if local.
• Comprehensive Training: A 4-week training program covering systems, sales techniques, and delivering an excellent customer experience. No absences or holidays permitted during the first 6 weeks.
• Shifts: Monday to Friday with shifts between 08:00-20:00, following a 5-week rotating shift pattern, including two Saturdays per month.
