Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury & Insurance industry. We are recruiting for our client a new entrant to the NSW Nominal Insurer Scheme as one of its newest Claims Service Providers. Flexibility This is a permanent full-time role, with the option to work from home 100% in this remote-based role if you are living in regional NSW. The Role & Portfolio • You will be working amongst a team who are passionate just like you about achieving positive workers' compensation claims outcomes and... working collaboratively together to achieve the best service for the client and injured worker. • Initially, an SME claims portfolio across both new physical & psychological claims, you will later have the option to specialise within one of these portfolios. Portfolio sizes will all be under 45 claims at any time. • Support from a team of specialists to ensure you are able to perform your role at your best. Benefits • Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000 + Super • Fully remote-based role if you are based in regional NSW • Extensive well-being initiatives and discounts across a number of insurance products • Learning & development team with a structured career pathway About You • An experienced case manager with around 2 + years of experience is preferred however most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards outcomes. • Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances. • Enjoy stepping up and supporting others with mentoring and coaching. • A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
