Help Desk Specialist • This will be a 9-12 Month Contract • Hours they will be supporting are Monday - Thursday from 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST (4am to 12pm EST) Helpdesk position providing user support • Troubleshooting Windows, O365, OneDrive, etc. • “Why can’t I access Server X?” Candidate skillset should include: • Azure AVD • Windows AD • Office 365 • Outlook • OneDrive • Windows Server • Windows Networking • Microsoft Hyper V • Microsoft AutoPilot • Microsoft InTune Nice to haves: - Veeam, Splunk, Wasabi - PowerShell, Logic Monitor (or similar) - Grafana
