Job Description
NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and PR Executive to join our innovative marketing team. If you're passionate about crafting captivating campaigns, building impactful stories, and elevating brand recognition in a highly competitive market, this role is for you. As part of a growing and ambitious team, you will play a key role in driving the hotel's visibility and engagement with key audiences locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance the hotel's brand visibility and drive business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies across platforms, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
• Assist in managing media relations, including writing press releases, coordinating media visits, and fostering relationships with key journalists and influencers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, F&B, and Operations) to align marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives.
• Coordinate photoshoots and the creation of high-quality visual content to support campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Support the organization of promotional events, F&B activations, and partnerships to position the property as a lifestyle destination.
• Maintain brand standards across all external and internal communications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or PR, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
