About the Company: Our client is an e-commerce leader specializing in luxury home products, from hot tubs to saunas. They aim to build the largest network of independent service technicians in the U.S., focusing on exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing business operations, managing customer fulfillment logistics, and leading special projects. You’ll ensure efficient data management, enhance service quality, and engage with a network of technicians, all while contributing to the company’s growth. Your Impact: You’ll directly contribute to streamlining operations, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's expansion efforts. Your work will enhance operational efficiency and foster a strong community of service technicians. You will be the organization's systems, data analysis, and automation expert. So... must be passionate about using data to tell stories, solve business problems, and love automating inefficiencies to stay up-to-date with the latest software and quickly master new tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Management • Plan and collect data, analyze trends, and ensure accurate documentation. • Maintain clear, accessible company documentation for new hires. 2. Operation Management • Optimize internal processes and address operational bottlenecks. • Act as a strategic partner to drive growth and profitability. 3. Customer Fulfillment Logistics • Handle financial transactions, coordinate deliveries, and oversee installation. • Communicate effectively with partners and customers. 4. Tracking and Solving Customer Issues • Address customer issues with spa products, manage payments, and ensure service quality. • Maintain proficiency in all product offerings. 5. Special Projects • Plan and execute new initiatives, including retail expansions and brand launches. 6. Technician Community Management • Identify, attract, and engage with technicians, ensuring their satisfaction and reliability. 7. Research • Conduct research to establish a strong logistics framework and identify top service technicians. Must-Have: • Expertise in systems management, data analysis, and automation • Passion for using data to solve business problems and tell compelling stories • Proven ability to identify and automate inefficiencies • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest software tools • Quick learner who can easily master new tools and technologies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a fast-paced startup. Nice-to-Have: • Proficient in Klaviyo. • Engineering background (any type) - big plus. • Familiarity with additional automation tools and platforms. • Experience with remote teams.
