Overview: We seek a skilled Legal Research Specialist to ensure the compliance and accuracy of our e-learning content with global regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal research background and experience working across various compliance domains, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, OSHA, FCPA, and AML. As a Legal Research Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, validating, and providing insights into legal and regulatory aspects of training content to ensure it meets the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on diverse global regulatory standards, including data privacy, cybersecurity, workplace safety, anti-bribery, and other compliance areas. • Review and validate e-learning content to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with applicable regulations. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to provide guidance on integrating compliance into training materials. • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, advising on necessary updates to existing content. • Create and maintain a compliance checklist to streamline the review and approval process for training materials. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the legal validity and clarity of course content. • Assist in addressing learner or client queries related to compliance aspects of training. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal research, compliance, or related roles. • Familiarity with international regulatory standards, including GDPR, ISO 27001, FCPA, CE marking, OSHA, and AML. • Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex legal concepts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools (preferred).
