Job Description As a Junior Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial processes of our growing US operations. You’ll work with cutting-edge ERP systems and have the opportunity to develop your skills across various aspects of accounting and finance. You’ll collaborate closely with the operations and sales teams, providing crucial financial support that drives business growth and efficiency. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize accounts payable and receivable processes • Drive efficient invoicing and implement effective payment follow-up strategies • Create and oversee purchase orders for local items, ensuring cost-effectiveness • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy • Ensure smooth functioning of the payroll system, including overtime data input • Generate bank files for payments, maintaining financial flow • Provide key financial support to operations and sales managers • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of the ODOO ERP system • Assist in developing and refining financial processes for the growing US operation Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable management • Proficiency with ERP systems, particularly ODOO • Working knowledge of US tax regulations and compliance requirements • Strong ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment • Availability to work 9 AM to 1 PM Central Time (US), Monday to Friday • Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools This offer from "BruntWork" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 74% flex score
